Hydraulic Power Pack Design

Hydraulic pump station is a hydraulic device composed of driving motor, hydraulic pump, fuel tank, throttle valve, overflow valve and other components together .According to the driving requirements ,flow direction, pressure and flow supply.
Hydraulic system actuator and its control valve in bulk in the main appropriate positions of the power type hydraulic station, its form is relatively simple, it is mainly composed of a pump device, an integrated block or valve combination, a fuel tank and an electrical box.
The tank and its accessories, a few necessary pressure control valves, and so on, so often called hydraulic pump station. Its main function is to provide a certain pressure and flow of oil for the hydraulic actuator, and the control of the system is mainly by bulk control valves around the main engine to play.
Usually we say the hydraulic pump station generally refers to the small hydraulic station, it according to the driving device (host) requirements of oil supply, and control the direction of the oil flow, pressure and flow, it is suitable for the host and hydraulic device can be separated from a variety of hydraulic machinery. Hydraulic Pump Station Features

· Integrated block: assembled by hydraulic valve and channel body. The direction, pressure and flow of hydraulic oil are adjusted.
· Valve combination: the plate valve is installed on the vertical plate, and the tube behind the plate is connected, which has the same function as the integrated block.
· Oil tank: semi-closed plate welded container, also equipped with oil filter screen, air filter, etc., for oil storage, oil cooling and filtration.

Working principle of hydraulic station: The motor drives the oil pump to rotate, and the pump absorbs oil from the oil tank to supply oil, converting the mechanical energy into the pressure energy of the hydraulic station. The hydraulic oil realizes the direction, pressure and flow adjustment through the integrated block (or valve combination), and then passes through the external pipeline to the hydraulic machine cylinder or the oil motor, thus controlling the direction change of the hydraulic motor, the size of the force and the speed.
