The linear screening machine is driven by dual vibration motors. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the exciting forces generated by their eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and overlap in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. is a resultant force, so the motion trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the reasonable action of the excitation force and the self-gravity of the material, the material entering the equipment is thrown up on the screen surface and jumps forward in a straight line. Several types of materials are produced through the multi-layer screen. The materials above and below the sieve of the specified specifications are discharged from their respective discharge ports to achieve the purpose of screening and grading.

Working principleThe linear vibrating screen uses two vibrating motors as vibration sources, and the two vibrating motorsdo synchronous opposite movement,so that the material is forced to do parabolic linear movement on the screen. Materials uniformly enter the screen surface of the vibrating screen form the previous process through the distributing device at the feed port of the linear screen machine, and the materials are forced to pass through the screen in the moving process, so as to achieve classification of different specifications.

Linear Vibrating Screen Sieving Application
The linear screening machine is widely used in the screening of dry powdery materials in chemical, food, plastics, medicine, metallurgy, glass, building materials, grain, fertilizer, abrasives, ceramics and other industries; general food industries include: almonds, activated carbon fruits , sesame, melon seeds, almonds, yam beans, nuts, dried hawthorn, corn kernels, figs, dried apricots, walnuts, betel nut, dried sweet potato, wolfberry, chestnut, soybean, cashew nut, pistachio, berry, pecan.

Regular inspection and maintenance of linear screening machine:
1. Before starting the screen machine, you should check whether there are any obstacles that hinder the operation of the screen machine and whether the connecting bolts are tightened.
2. The vibration motor is a key inspection object, and the fixing bolts of the support base and screen plate must be tightened again.
3. Check whether the directions of the two vibration motors or exciters are opposite. If the directions are the same, the power supply wiring of one motor should be changed so that the directions of the two motors are opposite.
4. After the vibration motor has been running continuously for 4 hours, measure the bearing temperature. The bearing temperature shall not exceed 75°C.   
5. Before stopping the screen machine, the feeding should be stopped first, and the screen machine should be stopped after all the materials on the screen surface have been removed. After parking, the materials and debris on the screen surface should be cleaned in time.   
6. The vibration motor or exciter should be refueled after 3 months of use, minor repairs should be made every six months, and major repairs should be made once a year.
